Process Improvement Specialist

As a Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement, design and implement new processes, and measure their effectiveness.
This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvements, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on experience, and a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, access to training and development opportunities, and a comprehensive wellbeing program.
