Job Description

As a School Improvement Specialist, you will contribute to the improvement of educational outcomes for students in Early Years teaching settings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve student learning outcomes.
  • Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to design and deliver effective learning programs.
  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents.
  • Contributing to the development of school policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in Education or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in educational settings.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop evidence-based strategies.
