Key Responsibilities

As a Year Manager at School Improvement Liverpool, you will be responsible for leading and managing the year group, ensuring that all students receive a high-quality education and reach their full potential. This will involve working closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for improving student outcomes, and contributing to the overall success of the school.

You will be expected to manage budgets, supervise staff, and maintain accurate records. You will also be responsible for leading departmental meetings, planning and delivering training sessions, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students, teachers, and support staff. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, carers, and other stakeholders.
