**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Headteacher to join our team at Blueberry Park School. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for leading and realising the school's continued improvement journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and realise the school's continued improvement journey
- Help secure the highest educational standards while promoting a culture of care, wellbeing, and support for staff and pupils
- Strive for excellence in all aspects to ensure each pupil fulfils their unique potential
- Respond and adapt effectively to changing circumstances, maintaining high levels of performance
- Recognise and promote staff talents, expertise, and continuing professional development
- Inspire the whole community, build successful teams, and work collaboratively with others
- Commit to safeguarding and wellbeing of children, staff, and the wider school community
Requirements:
- Experience as a senior leader
- Vision to identify next steps on the school improvement journey
- Energy, drive, and skills to lead and realise this vision
Salary:
A competitive salary range of £60,644 - £66,919 per annum.
