About the Role



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our Stryker Trauma team in London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing business in key accounts, supporting the wider London team, and identifying new sales opportunities in the territory.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Maintaining existing business in key Trauma accounts
  • Supporting the wider London sales team
  • Identifying and developing new sales opportunities in the London territory
  • Working with hospitals, including procurement, sterile services, stores, KoLs, and theatre teams
  • Developing strong relationships with stakeholders in the NHS, including surgeons, theatre managers, and nursing staff
  • Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff
  • Auditing theatre and hospital stock, managing consignment levels, and ensuring good asset management and stock rotation


Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and a track record of success
  • Training in a medical, scientific, technical career or degree in sciences/economics
  • Self-motivation, a self-starter with a focus on delivering results

  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adapt to changes
