Job Summary:

The Product Support Team Lead will be responsible for providing clinical product support to all end users, including on-site guidance and assistance during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Train and educate customers on the use of medical devices
  2. Assist in the development of sales plans and forecasts
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive account growth and case volume
  5. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related technical field of study
  • 3+ years' experience in a sales and/or technical environment (medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry)
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage a team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business administrative and clerical procedures and systems

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
