Venn Group is currently seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Exeter.

Estimated salary: £15,050 per annum (based on 37.5 hours/week).

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will see you providing level 1-2 support to clients on all matters relating to IT provision. You will be part of a dynamic Service Desk Team, working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders through defined Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Network Security: Assist in maintaining a secure computer network, ensuring minimal access for clients while performing their duties.
  • Incident Management: Log, prioritise, and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests received via phone, email, and customer portal. This includes liaising with external service providers when necessary.
  • Technical Support: Provide first-line IT technical support, including print queue administration and provision of service information.
  • User Administration: Support and manage centrally-managed and delivered IT applications according to Trust policies and procedures.
  • Escalation: Forward calls to Second Line support teams where necessary and monitor progress against SLA time scales.
