Communications Coordinator Role

Our Communications team for Universal International Studios is looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join their ranks. As Communications Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our team and driving our communications strategy forward. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a liaison between our production companies, NBCUniversal divisions, and external partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Maintain senior leader's diaries, process expenses, and update series information documentation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct industry research, analyze market trends, and provide valuable insights to inform our communications strategy.
• Update calendars and trackers surrounding shows, campaigns, festivals, and events, ensuring timely and effective planning.

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year+ experience in entertainment PR and/or marketing, preferably in-house.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, with a keen eye for emerging trends and technologies.
• Willingness to travel, work overtime, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
