At Pirate Studios Limited, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in our rehearsal, DJ, and recording facilities. As a Site Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our studios remain a welcoming and inspiring space for creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Studio Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage equipment, and collaborate with contractors and staff to maintain a seamless experience.
  • People Management: Lead a team of Site Assistants and cleaners, providing the necessary tools, training, and support for their success.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure a safe environment for artists, staff, and contractors by adhering to compliance tasks and safety regulations.
  • Event Support: Work with the marketing team to develop engaging on-site events that showcase our studios and foster a sense of community.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, demonstrating a genuine passion for music and creative spaces.
  • Flexibility: Be willing to work a mix of weekdays, evenings, and weekends to meet the demands of the role.

Bonus Points: If you have experience in running a bar or events, a security background, or musical equipment repairs, you'll be a strong fit for this role.
