Department Manager for Sales and Service

We are seeking an experienced Department Manager for Sales and Service to join our team. This role involves leading a small team in one of our store departments, driving store performance to its maximum potential, and supporting in delivering meticulous store presentation.
You will also be responsible for implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Sports Direct brand, and providing on-the-spot feedback and celebrating success. In return for your hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of £28,256 per annum, plus monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual bonuses.
The ideal candidate will have recent supervisory experience, a passion for retail and people, and the ability to communicate at all levels. You will also need to promote the Sports Direct values and culture, and have a desire to be the best.
