About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced UK Sales and Operations Manager Lead to join our team at SharkNinja. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of UK product launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and timely market introduction.

You will also lead special projects focused on UK business growth and operational optimization, working closely with customer demand planning teams, sales director/account manager, and sales analysts.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that the employee will work from the office 2-3 times per week based on business needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Inventory Management: Monitor and coordinate sales performance relative to promotional goals, collaborating with sales analysts to create accurate shipment and inventory forecasts.
  • Demand Planning: Work closely with customer demand planning teams, sales director/account manager, and sales analysts on forecasting, inventory management, order processing, and supply chain coordination.
