UK Office Manager - Sales Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled UK Office Manager - Sales Lead to join Centre People's team. This role involves managing day-to-day business operations, product development, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall performance of the sales team.
  • Strategic planning to ensure continued growth in major global markets.
  • Liaising with in-house design and engineering teams for product development.
  • Reporting and presentation of outcomes to the executive team.

Requirements:

  • Manufacturing or FMCG industry experience.
  • Experience living/working in Japan would be beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and flexible attitude.

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
