The Exafield UK Group is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of UK Fieldwork Operations Lead. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of qualitative and quantitative studies in the field of healthcare.

Your primary focus will be on leading a recruiter and PM team to ensure high customer satisfaction, while also planning and organizing work processes and operational cooperation. You will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality results and exceed their expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in market research and/or relevant fields. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and professional development opportunities.
