We are currently seeking a talented Fieldwork Manager to lead our operations team and drive business growth. As a Fieldwork Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing client relationships, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in market research, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in managing teams and stakeholders. You will also have a solid understanding of market research principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis.

Exafield UK offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
