The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in market research or relevant fields, with a proven track record of managing teams and individuals in a similar role.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Fieldwork Manager to lead a recruiter & PM team to ensure high customer satisfaction, encouraging team spirit and sense of responsibility through results-oriented leadership of employees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organization of work processes and operational cooperation in the performance of qualitative and quantitative studies in the field of healthcare, ensuring the best possible quality in project management-specific processes, and ensuring compliance with standards in market research.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of experience in market research or relevant fields
- 2+ years experience of managing teams and individuals in a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of effective budget management internally and externally, delivering within budget routinely
- Experience in business to business and business to client lead generation is essential
