We are currently seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Fieldwork Operations Manager to join our team at Exafield UK

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to take on a challenging role that involves leading a recruiter and project management team, ensuring high customer satisfaction, encouraging team spirit and sense of responsibility through results-oriented leadership, planning and organizing work processes and operational cooperation in the performance of qualitative and quantitative studies in the field of healthcare, and ensuring compliance with standards in market research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a recruiter and PM team to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing plans to improve customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Managing budgets and financial resources to achieve business objectives
  • Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
  • Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in market research or relevant fields
  • 2+ years experience of managing teams and individuals in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in business-to-business and business-to-client lead generation is essential

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
