Regional Sales Business Development Manager

This role involves driving new business opportunities and fostering existing client relationships within the designated geographical area. The primary responsibility is to proactively seek out new sales opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
The key tasks include conducting site visits and client meetings, providing technical solutions, managing sales enquiries, quotations, and orders, ensuring customer needs are met, collaborating with internal teams, participating in design and pre-sale meetings, and performing site surveys to understand project requirements. Regular travel is required to meet with clients and participate in international training or meetings.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be proactive and results-driven, have a strong understanding of sales processes and procedures, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum depending on experience.
