Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and accurate responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding our services and products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
