Pay Rate: £17.59 (PAYE), £22.87 (Umbrella) per hour

Working Hours: 37 hours per week

About the Role:

Become a vital member of our team as a Residential Services Coordinator at Opus People Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering essential housing management services to residents, fostering a supportive environment, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide housing management services to residents, ensuring exceptional standards of customer service.
  • Offer guidance and assistance to residents through various communication methods, including in-person meetings, home visits, and electronic correspondence.
  • Engage with both internal and external partners to maintain tenancies and develop tailored support solutions.
  • Examine and process housing management requests such as tenancy changes and mutual agreements in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Address complaints related to anti-social behaviour and neighbour conflicts, coordinating with appropriate agencies for resolution.
  • Perform regular site visits and safety inspections to guarantee effective oversight of housing assets.
