About the Role:
Become a vital member of our team as a Residential Services Coordinator at Opus People Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering essential housing management services to residents, fostering a supportive environment, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide housing management services to residents, ensuring exceptional standards of customer service.
- Offer guidance and assistance to residents through various communication methods, including in-person meetings, home visits, and electronic correspondence.
- Engage with both internal and external partners to maintain tenancies and develop tailored support solutions.
- Examine and process housing management requests such as tenancy changes and mutual agreements in accordance with relevant legislation.
- Address complaints related to anti-social behaviour and neighbour conflicts, coordinating with appropriate agencies for resolution.
- Perform regular site visits and safety inspections to guarantee effective oversight of housing assets.
