About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing a high-quality, person-centered service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a monthly activity and wellbeing plan, tailored to the needs and preferences of our residents.
  • Organize and lead a range of activities, events, and outings, promoting social interaction, physical activity, and mental stimulation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive care environment, promoting the well-being and dignity of our residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Avery Healthcare's policies.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Previous experience working with older people in a residential nursing or dementia setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the changing needs of our residents.
