Key Responsibilities:
Identify the life history, needs, and preferences of residents through active listening and collaboration with families.
Develop and submit a monthly activity and wellbeing plan, ensuring a wide range of activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities.
Arrange activities, events, and outings, encouraging staff, relatives, and visitors to participate and engage with residents.
Maintain a safe and respectful living environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home.
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate our core values of caring, support, honesty, respect, and accountability. Our ideal candidate will have:
Experience working with older people in a residential nursing setting, preferably with dementia care.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude towards older people and a commitment to providing stimulating and quality activities and social events.
