About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Information Services and Data Management Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business critical information and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide an excellent customer service experience by liaising with customers and stakeholders to ensure that customer requests are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Aid the Team Leader in performing regular audits and providing reports to site security to ensure compliance with legislative governance.
- Support customer requests to obtain and procure published information and standards from established external sources.
- Manage all requests entering the Print Room and ensure that all company assets are accurately administered within the company database.
- Perform general administration and adhoc duties as requested by the Team Leader.
Requirements
- IT Proficient - You will be a confident computer user with accurate keyboard and word processing skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office, including Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of operating print room reprographics equipment would be a distinct advantage, though this is not essential and full user training will be given.
- Good written English and numeracy skills.
- High level of attention to detail, with strong organizational skills.
- Good Communication skills.
- Strong Customer Service skills required.
