Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Programme Coordinator for a leading tier 1 residential contractor in London.

The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and managing complex construction projects, including a high-rise building scheme with an underground car park.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain project programmes ensuring compliance with industry standards and contract requirements.
  • Monitor project progress on-site using relevant tools, identify risks and delays, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
  • Review supply chain programmes, coordinate with teams to mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with the contract programme.
  • Participate in meetings to discuss project status with teams and the supply chain, fostering clear communication.

Key qualifications:

  • Relevant degree education.
  • Strong knowledge of ASTA software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: Up to £90,000 + package. Based in London.
