We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Coordinator to join our team at Avove Limited, based in Warrington. This is a full-time permanent role that offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery team by helping to build and manage a comprehensive delivery programme in alignment with the terms of the contract. As a Senior Programme Coordinator, you will work closely with both the Client and operational colleagues to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of standard schemes, collaborating to identify and mitigate potential risks, optimise resource allocation, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Your expertise in scheduling and coordination will help drive progress, meet deadlines, and ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget. By integrating your planning insights with the broader delivery strategy, you will contribute to the successful execution of projects and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce programmes, reports and/or extract schedules using customised filters as required by the project team, including indication of deviation from the baseline programme.
  • Attend progress meetings with internal and external customers and deliver presentation on project progress.
  • Identify, communicate and add key programme risks to the risk register.
  • Perform continuous project integrity checks to ensure the integrity of the programme.
