We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex programmes in the UK. As Senior Programme Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring programme goals and objectives are met.
  2. Define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  3. Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  4. Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet programme goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  5. Monitor programme progress and resolve issues that arise during execution, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
  6. Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, maintaining strong relationships built on trust and transparency.
  7. Ensure compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures, upholding the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira), with a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
