Senior Programme Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex programmes in the UK. As Senior Programme Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring programme goals and objectives are met.
- Define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Develop and maintain detailed programme plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet programme goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Monitor programme progress and resolve issues that arise during execution, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, maintaining strong relationships built on trust and transparency.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures, upholding the highest levels of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira), with a willingness to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field, with a strong foundation in business principles and practices.
