Job Title: Senior Programme Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Coordinator to join our team in South East Wales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various programme activities, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate programme activities, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and document management.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as social sciences, education, or community development.
  • Proven experience in programme coordination, project management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Working with Us:
  • Competitive salary: £28,000 per year pro rata (0.7 FTE), approximately £19,600 per year.
  • Part-time, 24.5 hours per week.
  • Fixed-term contract to end of March 2027.
  • Home working role based in South East Wales.
