About the Position:

Hunter AHP Resourcing is seeking a seasoned Community Nurse Leader to join our team in Wembley. As a vital part of our community healthcare services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health programs that promote the well-being of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the Healthy Child Programme, offering expert guidance and support to families with children from birth to five years old.
  • Evaluate children’s development, parental well-being, and family dynamics through comprehensive assessments.
  • Develop and deliver health education initiatives, focusing on topics such as breastfeeding, immunisations, and mental health.
  • Collaborate with families to address safeguarding concerns, prioritizing the safety and well-being of children.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A Registered Nurse (Child, Adult or Mental Health) with a Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCPHN) qualification in Health Visiting.
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in community-based healthcare, preferably in a health visiting or similar capacity.
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in health visiting.

Compensation and Benefits:

The selected candidate can expect a salary of £35,392 - £42,618 per annum, along with a range of benefits including flexible working options and opportunities for career advancement.
