The successful candidate will lead our community nursing teams to promote excellence in nursing care, maintain clinical standards, and ensure patients are treated with compassion, dignity, and respect.

Key responsibilities include providing leadership to all areas within their given area of responsibility, supporting teams to improve patient outcomes, and ensuring the highest quality patient experience.

This role requires a registered nurse qualification, degree or equivalent clinical/advanced practice, and significant post-registration experience. The ability to be intellectually flexible and look beyond existing structures to produce innovative service delivery is essential.
