About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of our service delivery. As a Care Team Leader, you will promote a caring environment that provides high standards of support to young people aged 11-18, ensuring their individual needs are met with respect and dignity.
You will supervise Key/Support Workers, monitor and evaluate care delivered to young people, and ensure compliance with legal and registration requirements. Your expertise will be invaluable in formulating personalised care plans, identifying cultural, social, and emotional needs, and promoting the social and emotional wellbeing and development of young people.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise Key/Support Workers and implement supervision processes.
- Assess individuals' needs, involving professional agencies and relatives as needed.
- Provide high levels of personal care and attention to young people, following individual care plans.
- Promote active participation in decision-making processes.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring all risks assessments are updated and staff informed of changes to health and safety legislation.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £36,385.44 per annum, including on-call duties, and a comprehensive benefits package.
