You will supervise Key/Support Workers, monitor and evaluate care delivered to young people, and ensure compliance with legal and registration requirements. Your expertise will be invaluable in formulating personalised care plans, identifying cultural, social, and emotional needs, and promoting the social and emotional wellbeing and development of young people.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Key/Support Workers and implement supervision processes.
  • Assess individuals' needs, involving professional agencies and relatives as needed.
  • Provide high levels of personal care and attention to young people, following individual care plans.
  • Promote active participation in decision-making processes.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment, ensuring all risks assessments are updated and staff informed of changes to health and safety legislation.

We offer a competitive salary of up to £36,385.44 per annum, including on-call duties, and a comprehensive benefits package.
