K.B.C. Associates Limited is seeking a highly motivated Director of Revenue Growth to join our team in Berkshire. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales strategy development and implementation, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with an estimated salary of £50,000 per annum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and leading the sales team to achieve their targets.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in the hospitality sector
  • Strong knowledge of MICE, Delphi, and Opera Cloud
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
