Job Description:

  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, focusing on adding high-caliber team members who fit our company culture.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an attractive employer.
HR Business Partnership:
  • Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters, providing expert guidance.
  • Foster a positive work environment by offering coaching, support, and conflict resolution services.
Employee Development & Engagement:
  • Develop and implement employee development programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives and facilitate open communication among teams.
Project Management: Spearhead or contribute to cross-functional projects from concept to completion, ensuring strategic alignment and effective execution.HR Operations: Guarantee seamless execution of HR processes, compliance with policies, and ongoing improvement in HR operations and systems.
