Austin Fraser is currently seeking an experienced Strategic People Development Manager to join their team in the Heathrow area. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about driving business success through effective people management. You will work closely with the business to implement and deliver operational and strategic objectives, using your experience and skills to make a real impact.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience of managing complex employee relations cases. They will also need to be able to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels. In addition, they must be hands-on and have experience dealing with employee relations, disciplinary and long-term sickness.

This role offers a competitive salary of around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for HR, we would love to hear from you

Job Summary:
As a Strategic People Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the HR function, working closely with the business to drive growth and success. You will use your experience and skills to implement and deliver operational and strategic objectives, including recruitment and succession planning, coaching and training, and employee relations.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead, develop, and manage an HR Generalist and HR Assistant to ensure outstanding service delivery.
  2. Forge and maintain working relationships, build trust, and establish a highly influential approach.
  3. Oversee and focus on all recruitment and succession planning.
  4. Coach and support managers to advocate our values and behaviours.
  5. Support the business in the interpretation and application of employment legislation, HR Policy, and case law.
  6. Manage challenging conversations and cases to best support our employees and the business.
