Clinical Complex Care Specialist Role Overview
Alcedo Care, a top 20 homecare provider in the UK, is seeking experienced Clinical Complex Care Specialists to provide high-quality care to our clients in the Denbighshire area. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering medication, providing emotional support and companionship, manual handling, and other care duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering medication to clients with complex needs
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance the quality of life
  • Manual handling to ensure client safety and comfort
  • Performing other care duties as required to meet client needs

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle to facilitate visits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care to prioritize client well-being

Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £14 per hour, with benefits including
