Job Summary

Technical Operations Specialist - K & C Construction Ltd

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team at K & C Construction Ltd. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and develop technical solutions to complex construction problems
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects meet technical requirements and specifications
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality workmanship

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in technical operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus benefits including:

Location:

The role is based at our Head Office in St Asaph, Wales.
