About the Role

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical support for the Distribution area, working closely with the Network team to ensure high service levels and maintain the Distribution Network.

Key responsibilities include making recommendations for performance improvements, ensuring data/IMS compliance, reacting and working alongside all other teams during Silver & Gold incidents, and actively reviewing customer service performance.

Requirements

  • BTEC/HNC in a numerate or engineering subject or equivalent experience">
  • Full current driving license">
  • High level of customer service/Network Operations experience">
  • Understanding of regulatory reporting and measures">
  • Proficient in Microsoft software packages, SAP packages, CRM, and ISU">
  • Technical ability to identify network issues and implement improvements">

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of around £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 33 days annual leave, employee benefits, and rewards including variable pay schemes, annual leave, employer pension contributions, family-friendly policies, progression opportunities, and employee assistance programme.

Please note that this is an estimated salary range based on industry standards and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
