Job Outline:
The HR Administrator supports the administration and day-to-day operations of all functions and duties of the HR Department. This role has responsibilities in supporting payroll, compensation, benefits, and wellbeing activities. We expect candidates to deliver exceptional customer service, outstanding support, honesty, and added value to our team objectives while operating discreetly and confidentially at all times.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
  • Company-wide committee facilitation and participation.
  • Company employee communications.
  • Compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping.
  • Employee service support.
  • Ensuring relevant HR databases are up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with legislation.
  • Preparing data and providing information for reports.
  • Assisting with the efficient operation of the HR office.
Requirements:
Candidates will have significant experience working in a HR environment within the manufacturing industry with a strong emphasis on payroll management. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately.

  • Confidence, analytical skills, enthusiasm, and organizational abilities.
  • Flexibility, good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure to achieve demanding objectives.
  • A high degree of initiative and excellent teamwork skills.
  • A willingness to undertake a broad range of tasks within the Department.
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office Applications.
  • A proven academic record with GCSE qualifications in Mathematics and English Language at grade C or above as a minimum.
  • Additional qualifications relating to HR Employment Law Relations and Practice/CIPD qualification would be highly desirable.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
