**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to join our Executive Team as the Executive Director of Finance Lead. This is a critical role that will ensure we meet all statutory financial duties and operate with the highest standards of probity.

The successful candidate will have significant management and professional experience, including experience working at board level and delivering challenging financial plans. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to think strategically and analyse complex problems.

As a member of our Executive Team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare in North Wales and driving improvement in patient care. You will be responsible for leading organisational responsibility for the delivery of our financial strategy, preparing statutory accounts, and providing financial services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • CCAB qualified accountant with significant management and professional experience.

  • Demonstrable commitment to improving quality of patient care.

What We Offer:
