Corporate Governance Specialist

Drive business success as a key member of our client’s team, supporting Directors & Executives with exceptional corporate governance expertise.
About the Role:
As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for the management of all Board, Subsidiary and Committee meetings, with a high volume of approximately 40 meetings per annum.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and presenting reports to the Board, Committees and ELT on Governance related matters
- Leading on the coordination and implementation of additional Board and Committee activities, such as strategy days, workshops, urgent decisions & Written Resolutions (approximately 15 per annum)
- Planning and supporting the resourcing of the annual calendar of Executive led management meetings and additional ad-hoc workshops (i.e. ELT, CCLT and Business Plan related Workshops etc) (approximately 32 per annum)
- Working collaboratively with other team members to provide alternative cover and ensure all meetings are managed efficiently, even in the absence of the usual lead contact.
