Corporate Governance Specialist

Drive business success as a key member of our client’s team, supporting Directors & Executives with exceptional corporate governance expertise.

About the Role:

As a Company Secretary, you will be responsible for the management of all Board, Subsidiary and Committee meetings, with a high volume of approximately 40 meetings per annum.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing and presenting reports to the Board, Committees and ELT on Governance related matters
  2. Leading on the coordination and implementation of additional Board and Committee activities, such as strategy days, workshops, urgent decisions & Written Resolutions (approximately 15 per annum)
  3. Planning and supporting the resourcing of the annual calendar of Executive led management meetings and additional ad-hoc workshops (i.e. ELT, CCLT and Business Plan related Workshops etc) (approximately 32 per annum)
  4. Working collaboratively with other team members to provide alternative cover and ensure all meetings are managed efficiently, even in the absence of the usual lead contact.
