Job Description:
- Administer medication to clients with complex needs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the quality of life
- Perform manual handling to ensure client safety and comfort
- Other care duties as required to meet client needs
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
