Training and Competency Strategist

Austin Fraser is recruiting a Training and Competency Strategist to join their team. The successful candidate will develop training strategies that enhance the skills and knowledge of our managers across the site.

Job Description- Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to the needs of our managers
- Ongoing training and development initiatives to drive performance and excellence
- Effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation
- Proven experience in developing training and competency strategies within the FM industry
- Ability to obtain SC Clearance
Our package includes a salary of £50,000 + bonus + employee share scheme + pension + excellent company benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
