Job Title: Social Worker in Fostering
About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team in Swansea, working on a locum basis. The role involves working 3 days a week in the office with the team (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday), with the remaining days worked from home.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide high-quality social work services to children and families involved with fostering, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- To work collaboratively with the multi-agency team to achieve positive outcomes for service users.
- To maintain accurate records and adhere to relevant policies and procedures.
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Significant frontline experience in Social Services within the UK as a qualified Social Worker.
- Experience in fostering.
