Job Title: Educational Support Specialist

The South Wales Partnership is a collective of over 30 schools in South Wales working together to share best practices, identify areas for development and training, and research innovative ways to enhance pupil learning experiences.

This role involves managing diary appointments, handling correspondence and phone calls, arranging meetings, producing high-quality documentation, and other duties commensurate with the position. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist in organizing meetings and processes, some of which may take place after school hours. Other responsibilities include website design, creating social media content, grant funding applications, ordering, invoicing, and corporate sponsorship.

This term-time only position requires flexibility for occasional work during holiday periods, mutually agreed upon in advance.

The South Wales Partnership prioritizes safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people, expecting all staff to share this commitment. Successful candidates undergo an enhanced DBS check.
