About the Role

Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated individual to support a Secondary school in Swansea. The full-time position starts immediately and is a long-term assignment.

The role is open to both new qualified teachers (NQTs) and experienced teaching assistants. Based on performance, the school may consider extending the contract or offering a permanent position.

**Salary:** £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, based on national averages for teaching assistant positions in Wales.

We are looking for a skilled teaching assistant to provide individualized support to students in a dynamic Secondary school setting. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to develop and implement tailored lesson plans, enhance student engagement, and promote academic growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Assist teachers in creating and delivering engaging lesson plans
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with teachers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for growth
