Educators Wales: Support Specialist

This is a dynamic role supporting the South Wales Partnership, a collaborative network of over 30 schools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing diary appointments, correspondence, meetings, and documentation.
The role involves designing and maintaining the partnership's website, creating engaging social media content, preparing grant applications, and securing corporate sponsorships. Occasional flexibility during holiday periods is also required.
The successful candidate will be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. A flexible approach and DBS check are essential requirements for this position.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing diary appointments and correspondence
* Organizing meetings and producing high-quality documentation
* Website design and social media content creation
* Grant funding applications and corporate sponsorship
* Ordering and invoicing
* Supporting the organization of meetings and processes
* Assisting with safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
* Maintaining a flexible approach to occasional work during holiday periods
Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
