Job Description: Personal Assistant for Children and Young People's Education

Educators Wales is a leading educational organization in South Wales, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled personal assistant to support our collaborative network of over 30 schools.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with experience in managing diary appointments, correspondence, and meetings. You will also be responsible for designing and maintaining our website, creating engaging social media content, and preparing grant applications and securing corporate sponsorships.

A key aspect of this role is assisting with safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This requires a flexible approach and a commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all students.

Other responsibilities include:
* Coordinating diary appointments and correspondence
* Designing and maintaining the partnership's website
* Creating engaging social media content
* Preparing grant applications and securing corporate sponsorships
* Supporting the organization of meetings and processes

Salary Range: £26,000 - £33,000 per annum
