Key Responsibilities
As a Professional Career Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Providing one-to-one guidance and support to clients
2. Delivering interactive group sessions on employability skills and career development
3. Working closely with teachers, parents, and other learning providers to ensure effective relationships
4. Conducting assessments and developing personalized career plans for clients

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Qualified to QCF Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development (or equivalent)
2. Eligible for the Career Development Institute Register of Practitioners
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work effectively with diverse client groups
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Willingness to undergo training and professional development opportunities

Benefits
As a Professional Career Development Specialist at Educators Wales, you can expect to receive a competitive salary of £30,708 - £35,533 per annum, depending on experience.
