We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients to meet their needs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction and account performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and renewals with clients to maximize revenue.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Account Executive or similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
