Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient administrative support, including document preparation, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage diaries and appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
  • Book travel, conferences, and accommodation.
  • Support client on boarding and ensure adherence to compliance procedures.

Requirements include previous experience as a Personal Assistant in a legal or professional services environment, strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, and excellent organisational and time management skills.
