Clinical Lead and Service Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our care team.
The successful candidate will be a nursing professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and contribute to the success of our care home provider.
Your Key Responsibilities:- You will collaborate with the Home Manager to drive service improvement and ensure high-quality care delivery.
- As a leader, you will support the nursing and care team, provide mentorship and clinical supervision, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- You will also liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure residents' medical needs are met.
This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week, including some weekends. The estimated annual salary for this role is £53,000 (£25.49/hour).
