Clinical Care Manager

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Manager to lead our care home team. As a key member of our staff, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
In this role, you'll oversee the development and implementation of care plans, manage the care team, and build strong relationships with external partners. Your exceptional leadership skills, combined with your clinical expertise, will drive excellence in care delivery.
To succeed in this position, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration, holding a strong understanding of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks. Your ability to communicate effectively, inspire confidence, and motivate staff will be essential in achieving our goals.
